Campaign sales continue in Botanica Istanbul, which was realized by the joint venture of Happy Construction and Ak Proje in April 2015.
Rising on an area of 28,000 square meters and consisting of 7 blocks and 477 apartments, the project stands out with its advantageous location 1 minute walking distance to shopping centers, E-5 and metrobus in Beylikdüzü.
40 percent of the apartments in the project, 80 percent of which are allocated to green areas, have found their owners.
The price per square meter, which started at 2,700 liras during the launch period, has reached the limit of 3,000 liras.
